The correct posture and deliberate weight shifting are crucial for safely navigating difficult sections. The instructor demonstrates step by step which position to take on the bike in every situation. Whether climbing uphill, cornering, or riding steep descents – proper weight distribution ensures control and a smooth riding experience. By using your body weight intentionally, you can confidently and safely master any terrain.

Date: Saturday, 13.06.2026 | Meeting point: 09:30 AM, mountain station cable car Welschnofen Laurin I | Duration: 1 hours | Equipment: bike, helmet, protectors | Price: € 35.00 (excl. lifts), free of charge for participants taking part of the Rosadira Bike Package (eggental.com/rosadira) (For participants of the Rosadira Bike Days, there is the option to ride with the guide to the closing event in the afternoon) | Registration: until the day before, online until 07:00 PM, or during office hours at the tourist offices or by phone at +39 0471 619 500.

The workshops start PUNCTUALLY, delays cannot be considered because of the program.
Workshop is held in GERMAN AND ITALIAN LANGUAGE.
