Find calm, feel the moment, and breathe with awareness. Gentle and mindful movements in the open air nourish and strengthen body, mind, and soul. With yoga instructor Vroni Fischer, a space for new well-being and inner harmony unfolds. In case of bad weather, an alternative location is available. After the yoga session, the barefoot trail in the recreation area “Schneider Waldile” offers a refreshing experience.
