Geological hike to the Bletterbach

We take the bus from Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente to the GEOPARC Bletterbach visitor center. There, the guided tour of the museum begins before you descend into the impressive gorge. Explore the narrow Taubenleck section and the Butterloch. We then follow the European long-distance hiking trail E5 towards Weissenstein | Pietralba, passing through the Kösertal valley (1696 m) until we reach Maria Weissenstein.

For the return to Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente, you can either take the bus or walk back independently (walking time approx. 1.5 hours). The bus arrives in Deutschnofen | Nova Ponente no later than 3:15 PM.

Equipment: bring your own snack and drinks, and wear sturdy or hiking shoes. Not included in the price: entrance fee and helmet at GEOPARC Bletterbach: €9.00 per person, free for children up to 11 years
