Alpine Wine Summit
Völs becomes a meeting place for Alpine viticulture
On 25 October 2026, the first “Alpine Wine Summit” will bring together at Schloss Prösels winegrowers, scientists, tourism professionals and representatives of culture, with Graubünden as the guest region. Against the backdrop of historic vineyards, Alpine landscapes and Völs’ culinary culture, the focus will be on historic steep vineyards at elevations of up to 1,000 metres, shared roots and challenges such as climate change and water scarcity, as well as concrete projects for the future. A specialist summit, an autumn of culinary experiences and a new network with a particular focus on the next generation will connect tradition with a spirit of innovation. Deliberately intimate, international and sustainable, with a strong focus on the future of our Alpine region.
