A varied movement session to strengthen mobility, balance, and resilience.

At the Kneipp facility, located in the middle of nature, our exercise session begins with guided, gentle exercises. These invigorate both body and mind, improving balance, flexibility and inner stability. The silence of nature, combined with physical activity, provides new energy, resilience and a sense of deep well-being.

Length: 1,5 h
Difficulty: easy (basic fitness recommended)

Contribution: FREE with Kronplatz Guest Pass / 20,00 € without Guest Pass;

    Kneipp parcour Reischach; 4.30 pm.
    within Monday, 5.00 pm.
    Sportswear and sport shoes; water; no yoga mat needed.
    The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by email to info@bruneck.com or by phone on +39 0474 555722.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible.
    The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted.
