HIGHLIGHT: Via Ferrata Tour in the Dolomites UNESCO World Heritage

Hike and rope route to the lake of Prags

from center
Together with our mountain guide Manuel we will start our crossing of the Prags Dolomites from the Brunst Alp. After two hours of hiking we will reach the start of the fixed rope route, where Manuel will give us a short introduction to the equipment. As soon as the climbing harness is properly fastened and the helmet is on, we will start our adventure. After a breathtaking, beautiful climb of difficulty level A (easy) we will reach the exit. If time permits, we will climb up to the summit cross at the Hochalpenkopf and enjoy the spectacular panorama in the middle of the Dolomites, with views of the Prags Dolomites, the Rieserferner and the Zillertal Alps. After a short rest we will descend step by step to the Pragser Wildsee Lake and let the day end comfortably.We will return to Olang by bus and by train and we will look up to the mastered summit with amazement.

    Getting to the meeting point of the event with public transport is easy and convenient.

    By public bus line:
    - 435.1 from the train station Olang or Oberolang
    - 435.2 from Geiselsberg

    Bus stop: Mitterolang, Rathaus; online bus timetables: www.suedtirolmobil.info/en/

    The event is also accessible with the CallBus. You can easily book the bus via the app up to 24 hours in advance. More informations:

    By car:
    Destination: Tourist Info Olang
    Parking: Parking directly at Olang train station (7 minutes’ walk from the tourist office)
    within 5 pm. of the previous day online or in the tourist offices | Registration fee: with Kronplatz Guest Pass € 40.-, otherwise € 80.- per person
    Please bring the following with you: strong high boots, self catering, rain and sun protection & drinking bottle, we suggest hiking sticks
    The registration can be cancelled free of charge within the registration period by email to info@olang.com or by telephone at +39 0474 496277.
    In case of cancellation by the organiser, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
    The event must be paid in advance online or in our tourist office. Payment on site at the beginning of the event is not possible.
    The registration is only valid after receipt of payment. Unpaid registrations expire after 2 hours and are automatically deleted
