Cooking Event at the “Roter Hahn” Cookery School: „Klassiker neu interpretiert“

For generations, the farming family has gathered around the table every day to share a meal. Whether it is simple food on working days or special dishes served on Sundays and holidays, the large pan always takes centre stage at the heart of the table. At this cooking event, these traditional farm dishes, familiar for generations, are given a modern interpretation and presented in a fresh new light.

Event Description
Participants can look forward to a four-course menu prepared with local ingredients sourced from farms across South Tyrol. Experienced culinary professionals, well-versed in South Tyrolean cuisine, will guide you through a delightful evening of traditional farm cooking and provide fresh inspiration for both familiar and lesser-known dishes.

You can look forward to exciting tips and tricks in the cooking school’s kitchen. Not only will you have the opportunity to get hands-on and prepare the dishes yourself, but you will also be able to enjoy the dishes you have cooked throughout the evening. Together around the large table, the “tavolata”, the dishes prepared by the participants will then take centre stage, accompanied by carefully selected wines.
