A ‘Favourite South Tyrolean Recipe’ from Hanna Facchinelli

Ingredients

2 servings
  • 200 g South Tyrolean mozzarella
  • 2 Vinschger Paarl bread
  • 2-3 South Tyrolean apricots
  • 1 South Tyrolean PGI apple (Golden Delicious)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Basil leaves
  • 60 ml  South Tyrolean apple cider vinegar
  • 60 ml oil
  • 1 tsp. South Tyrolean honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Preparation

Time to prepare: 15 min.

Dice the Vinschger bread and toast in a 200°C oven for approx. 5 minutes. In the meantime, finely dice the mozzarella, apricots, apple and tomatoes. 

To make the dressing, combine the oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper and a little honey. Finally, place all ingredients and dressing into a large bowl, mix well, and enjoy!
