The South Tyrolean recipe for filled chocolate hearts, delicious and easy to make. A delight for the whole family.

Ingredients

25 pieces - 6 servings
  • 250g flour with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
  • 200 g soft butter with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
  • 50 g ground almonds
  • 1 package of vanilly sugar
  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 egg with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
  • 100 g apricot jam with the South Tyrolean seal of quality
  • 100 g chocolate glaze

Preparation

Time to prepare: 45 min.
Difficulty: easy
Mix all the ingredients for the dough in a bowl. Knead briefly until smooth, then let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Roll it out to a thickness of 2–3 mm. Cut out the cookies and bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes. Spread apricot jam on the cookies and press them together in pairs. Heat the chocolate glaze in a bain-marie and dip each cookie halfway into it. Leave them to dry on a cooling rack.
