The apartment is located in a courtyard on the top floor of a stately building in a very quiet area with a wonderful view of the mountains, the flower gardens and the roofs of the village. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort - cozy and very relaxing. There is also a lockable garage for the car and bicycles available free of charge, which is connected to the apartment by an internal elevator. There is also a socket in the garage for charging the e-bikes. Due to its central location, the apartment is the perfect starting point for any destination, both by car and by public transport or by bike (the Innsbruck-Garda cycle path is only 150 meters away).

Along the Alto Adige Wine Road, spring comes earlier and autumn lingers longer. The sun warms the hills, one vineyard follows another, and the scents change with the seasons.
