Built in 2025, the 50 m² chalet offers modern comfort in a natural design. Light-flooded rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality furnishings, air conditioning, and controlled living space ventilation, as well as a private south-facing terrace, create peace, comfort, and special moments of well-being—a place to arrive, let go, and enjoy yourself in the midst of nature.   The Praterhof Chalet (www.praterhof.it) is located at an altitude of 860 m in a completely secluded location and only a 10-minute drive from the bishopric town of Brixen. You can enjoy the chalet all to yourself – without other vacation guests. The exceptionally quiet location without traffic noise guarantees undisturbed relaxation. The bus stop right next to the farm allows for car-free excursions. Surrounded by nature, silence, and an impressive panorama, you will experience pure relaxation here.
