In our two cosy and modern holiday flats, happiness hides in every corner: in the comfy beds, on the soft sofa, on the balcony, on the deckchairs in your private garden, where the sun spoils you and a gentle breeze always blows, even in summer… or in the pot on the stove, where something delicious is simmering. During the warm season, you’re welcome to dine outside – and even barbecue together with us. On request, we’ll gladly prepare a breakfast basket for you, filled with farm-fresh products and regional delicacies. The next morning, you’ll find it waiting right outside your apartment door. Here, you can enjoy wonderful hours full of little happy moments – shared with the people you love most. We are an adults-only farm and welcome guests aged 14 and over.

Spacious ground floor apartment with terrace. The Tschigat is the local mountain of Partschins and stands exactly 3,000 metres tall. It’s also Lorenz’s favorite mountain.

Spacious apartment on the first floor with a balcony. Just like the Hohe Weiße is the higher of the two peaks, this is also the larger apartment. And because we don’t leave anything to chance: it really is on the first floor. It’s Bernadetta’s favorite mountain.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
