is a large double room (31sqm) with all comforts (shower/WC, hairdryer, Sat/TV, radio, safe, power line, W-Lan, complete kitchen equipment, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster etc.) with loggia (10sqm) which can also be completely closed, with a wonderful view of the vineyards, Mitterdorf, St. Anton, St. Nikolaus, Mendel and Penegal. Our cozy, Mediterranean garden with seating area and deck chairs invites you to sunbathe and linger. The daily rate for the apartment includes a free guest card for the whole of South Tyrol and two free entries to the lido on Lake Kaltern. All taxes, laundry, electricity, water, heating and final cleaning are included in the price. A rich and excellent country house breakfast can be booked for € 12.00 per person.
