Hotel description
Our little villa is located in the heart of the village Seis with wonderful views of the Schlern. The spacious apartment, approx. 150m2, is on 2 floors with a balcony and terraces and a small garden. On the 1st floor there is an individual bedroom, a large a bright living room and a fully equipped large kitchen. While on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. The terrace is very spacious with an eating area and sund beds and a spectacular view of the Schlern. Outside parking is available on the premise. We have only one apartment hence our guests can enjoy the entire house in full privacy.

In fact, even today in the Seiser Alm holiday region there are twice as many farmers as innkeepers. One of the region’s outstanding benefits is its proximity to both the capital city of Bolzano/Bozen, and Brixen/Bressanone. Each are just half an hour’s drive away. The Seiser Alm region offers numerous worthwhile sporting and cultural events year round.
