The building has been renovated with great style and attention to detail, making it a true ‘gem’ of South Tyrolean architecture. Here you will find peace and relaxation, whilst also having plenty of opportunities to enjoy an active holiday. The house offers you approx. 100 m² of living space: 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, TV and reading room, 2 balconies, a gallery with an electric piano and an easel, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a guest WC. As you enter the house, you are greeted by a beautiful barrel vault. Through this vault, you reach the bathroom on the right and, via the stairs, the picturesque hallway on the first floor. Here you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped. On the balcony, you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the Eisack river or even sunbathe. Opposite is the living room. Here you can sit comfortably together with wine, cheese and Schüttelbrot. From the bay window, you have an exceptional view of the old town alley and up to Säben Monastery. The room for watching TV or reading is on the second floor. A stereo system, alongside the small house library, offers further ways to pass the time. The bedrooms are on the second floor and in the attic, each with a toilet or shower room. All beds can be used as either single or double beds.
