The apartment offers breathtaking views of both the Latemar and Catinaccio mountain ranges from its balcony. It features private shared parking and is ideally located for both winter activities like skiing and summer activities like cycling and beautiful walks through the fir forests. The apartment is located on the first floor of the Residence 4 Stagioni, with a balcony overlooking the main entrance and enjoying the sun throughout the day. Upon entering the apartment, you'll find a small entrance hall and a kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, small oven, and all the necessary kitchen appliances. A washing machine is also available. Further along, you'll find the spacious living room with a fireplace, bench, and chairs, as well as a comfortable sofa and armchair for relaxing while admiring the view. The living room leads to the sleeping area, which includes a bathroom with a bathtub, a double bedroom, and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. Free, uncovered shared parking is also available. Garbage disposal is handled in two containers located at the end of the shared parking lot, under a small wooden shelter. The containers have a key, which you will find inside the unit. At the end of your stay, please dispose of your garbage in these containers.
