For those who love to spend some time in a special framework, our house is an ideal place to stay: it is surrounded by a quiet park-like garden with blossoming trees and plants. A private car-park also belongs to the property where you can leave your car during the rest of your stay. It is not easy to say whether our house is more a house or a guest house - we have been running it for 30 years and live here very well - so do our many guests who have been arriving, leaving and coming back again during these years. Enjoy the familiar atmosphere of our house.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
