The location is an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and walks. The Alpe di Siusi, the largest high alpine pasture in Europe, can be reached in only 20 minutes, offers excellent hiking and skiing in summer and winter. The city of Bolzano, a small old trading town, offers an exciting shopping and gourmet experience, is only 17 km away and can be reached by public transport every half hour. The object The building was constructed with carefully selected, according to building biology principles, materials and warm natural wood and ceramics floors. The object was completed in 2020 and is now waiting for the first guests. The apartments We have designed our apartments with passion. Selected designer furniture, soft colors and clear shapes create a feel-good ambience and invite you to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The apartments in our "Residence Villa Schlern" offer plenty of space for 2 to 4 people. In the over 70 to 85m2 large apartment you will find a spacious eat-in kitchen, which is exclusively equipped with brand-name appliances, a cozy living room (bedroom for 3rd person), a chic bathroom with rain shower and bathtub, an inviting anteroom and a practical storage room. Fresh and elegant accessories round off the ambience in style and make your apartment an eye-catcher with a feel-good character. The spacious terrace with a magnificent view invites you to relax. The equipment In addition to the standards such as safe, hairdryer, fiber-optic internet, electric kettle or cosmetic mirror, a "gourmet starter set", cozy slippers and a small cookbook awaits you upon arrival; there our guests can try out South Tyrolean recipes. We are also happy to take care of the bread service for our guests, so that the day can also start relaxed. And when you return home after a relaxing vacation in our "Residence Villa Schlern" we have prepared a small farewell gift for our guests from the master baker of Völs.
