Here in the valley three languages are officially spoken and tradition is cherished dearly. In 2020 we can proudly look back on 50 years of hospitality. With much commitment we have upgraded the Hotel Mignon in the Dolomites to all modern standards while maintaining its unique family atmosphere. The stylish, modern furnishings and the Hotel Mignon’s offer will please your every holiday wish. All our rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, wireless internet access, colour television with satellite channels, safe and balcony. Leptis Magna Spa Area – Treasures of the World The gem of our Hotel Mignon in the Dolomites is our 360 m² spa facility. A haven of relaxation and rejuvenation. This explains its name, Leptis Magna. For centuries Leptis Magna was buried under sand dunes on the coast of Libya. Today it is one of the best preserved Roman archaeological sites with thermal baths.

About the region

In the region Val Gardena region, the Dolomites are so close you can touch them and the Ladin way of life can be experienced in all its colours. Modern lifts and trendy events paired with traditional wood carving arts connect innovation and tradition on holiday.


The Val Gardena valley is an internationally renowned ski and hiking area in the middle of spectacular Dolomites rock towers. It offers outstanding holiday value at the highest level year round. A cable car ride from one of the valley stations followed by a gentle walk is as good a way of seeking out impressive viewing points as a hike round around the striking Sassolungo mountain or high-Alpine tours and via ferrata climbs. Val Gardena is strongly influenced by its Ladin population and the coexistence of three official languages: German, Italian, and Ladin.
