All apartments have been renovated in a simple and modern style combined with Ladin tradition, to offer you a truly authentic and relaxing holiday. The top quality furnishings are characterised by a refined design combined with colours inspired by the nature of the Dolomites, to provide a warm and welcoming environment. In addition to the qualitative leap, the extension will allow our apartments to accommodate large groups and families up to 6 guests. What distinguishes our residence from the other apartments in La Villa in Badia are the several services, all included in the price. As always there will still be our trusted Paolo driving the private shuttle to connect you directly to the Gran Risa and the ski area of Alta Badia and Dolomiti Superski. In case you need to unwind or regain your well-being that sometimes get lost in the city life, our two relaxing areas with Finnish sauna will be a panacea for your mind and body. This new project was born from the desire of the Clara family to provide you with a unique experience to carry with you forever. With the utmost commitment we will try to fulfil all your desires and make you feel at home in the midst of this enchanted landscape. The same landscape that can be admired directly from the house and which inspired the new logo and name “Les Contrades” (Ladin, translated “Landscapes”). As a corollary, we have carefully chosen natural and local materials such as fir, larch and ancient wood, in order to not disturb the peace and harmony that reigns in the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.
