Every day, the chef personally ensures that there are fresh, regional ingredients comprising the healthy and varied menu of our cuisine. These tasty dishes are paired with the fine South Tyrolean wines from our cellar: from a fragrant, full-bodied Chardonnay to the Pinot Noir. The hotelier, an avid wine connoisseur, personally invites guests every week for a tasting of the special vintages, selected from the cellar of the hotel.
