Since 1992 you can enjoy wholesome alpine dishes and exquisite Kaiserschmarrn at the Stumpfalm hut. Nestled in a picturesque mountain landscape, the cozy „stube“ (snug) and the sunny terrace invite you to linger, whilst the impressive backdrop of the surrounding mountains captivates you. Our hut is situated on the Alpe di Siusi in the middle of green mountain meadows rich of beautiful flowers. It ist he right spot for making a bread on your way up tot he Sciliar. Let yourself be papmpered with delicious typical homemade food, „Bretteljause“ (is a tasty South Tyrolean snack), specialities from milk and homemade desserts.

The Sattler hut is situated at the foot oft he Denti di Terrarossa in the heart of the Dolomites. The hut offers local dishes and homemade Strudel and cakes. The Sattler hut is accessible via Panorama on trail no.2 and via the Laurin hut on the gravel path.

Since 2008 the family at the Houfa Hitte hut always lovingly welcomes you. The hut combines regionality and tradition, with farm products such as salami and quail eggs. After taking a hike to the picturesque surroundings, you can relax in the cozy stube (snug) or on the sunny terrace. Mountain hut with stunning panoramic views of the Odles massif. Take trail 5 trough the forest or 5A from the Nature Park car park in Longiarù. Alternatively, hike along the Dolomit high route. Ideal for sledging, ski tours and snow-shoe hikes.

The Bonnerhütte refuge can be reached via idyllic landscapes from Dobbiaco and the Val Casies Valley. Highlight: sunrise on the mountain Toblacher Pfannhorn followed by an alpine breakfast. At the Randlhütte hut Annelies is preparing for you simple, homemade dishes since 1994, often using products from their farm. The hut offers a special atmosphere, complemented by homemade and regional drinks. In the small kitchen or on the sunny terrace you’ll surely find a place to linger. Relax in the small hut after a leisurely walk. Soak up the sun and try the tasty dumplings and poppy-seed or jam doughnuts. The Tuene hut is situated on the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail.

Particularly recommended dishes are the “Sennes noodles”, the “mountain climber omelette”, the “Escalope on the grill with side dishes” and the “Dumplings with gulash”. Since almost 40 years now, you are able to relax and enjoy life at the Kaser Alm in a wonderfully secluded and peaceful location. The Taistner Alm hut offers seasonal delicacies and traditional alpine classics. Popular with hikers and cyclists, the alpine hut also offers wonderful circular hikes. The newly opened “Heualm” is located at 1,933 m above sea level surrounded by green flowering alpine meadows, larch trees and the Dolomites. The tranquillity of nature, the breathtaking all-round panorama and the wide and lush alpine meadow make this place special. Due to its idyllic location, delicious South Tyrolean culinary specialities and warm hospitality, the small alpine hut is a popular destination for hikers and connoisseurs. The Heualm can be reached comfortably by foot, by mountain bike or by horse-drawn carriage. From Compatsch via hiking trail no. 7 and no. 6 with a duration of approx. 1 hour or via hiking trail no. 30 and no. 6/6b with a duration of approx. 1 hour.

At the Aschtalm hut, a family-run alpine hut, you can taste homemade alpine dishes that combine tradtional recipes and some really special meat. The Hochrautalm, or Alpine pasture Hochrautalm, is accessible from Tesido. It is preferable to travel to the starting point with the Citybus Monguelfo-Tesido line 438. In Tesido, you start from the parking lot (€) above the mountain inn Mudler and enjoy a pleasant hike either along the forest road (marked with signs 31/5A/5) in about 90 minutes or, alternatively, take the forest road first and then the shortcut (marked with signs 31/5A/5C) in about 40 minutes. Once you reach the Hochrautalm Alpine pasture, you can indulge in South Tyrolean specialties for both young and old, as well as enjoy a breathtaking view towards the Antholz Valley and Plan de Corones. Marvel at gentle green hills and distinctive mountains... All of this combined with delights like dumplings or apple strudel! Or perhaps you'd prefer a burger?

The family, that has been running the Kradorfer Alm since 1996, offers you a selection of typical alpine dishes made from the farm's own meat and homemade yoghurt from their own milk. Particular emphasis is placed on the regionality of the food, including some homemade juices. The cozy indoor area, the spacious terrace and the balcony invite you to linger. Small, easily accessible alpine hut at the foot of the Sasso Piatto/Plattkofel mountain. The Murmeltier hut offers a cosy atmosphere and serves simple hot and cold dishes, as well as home-made cakes.

At the Messnerhütte hut, the focus is especially on home-made dishes and conscious enjoyment. The slogan “We don’t serve fast food! We serve fresh food as fast as we can!“ sums it up just perfectly.
