    Jižní Tyrolsko je známé jablky, vínem a uzenou šunkou... a má k tomu dobrý důvod! Při bližším pohledu však zjistíte, že jihotyrolská kuchyně je ve skutečnosti mnohem všestrannější. Venkovské, přízemní chutě okořeněné středomořským šarmem jsou ingrediencemi pro vytvoření osobitých chutí. Ať už si vychutnáte jakýkoli chod - příjemný aperitiv, pikantní antipastu, domácí těstoviny nebo nepostradatelné Caffè Macchiato na závěr - jižní kulinářské vlivy jsou v jídle i pití patrné. Špenátové knedlíky a jablečný závin patří k jihotyrolské klasice.

The Austro-Italian border runs through the farmland. This is not only a great place to be for the farm’s resident highland cattle, but Farm Holiday guests are welcome, too.     In 2010, our farm tavern was opened on the farm Eggerhof in Verano. Since then, the cosy farm offers yet another attraction. In the spirit of alpine architecture, plenty of wood was used for the interiors. This natural material creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere and gives social gatherings in the evening a romantic mood. Enjoy your evenings in the farm with a glass of wine in a classic setting. Spinach dumplings, barley soup, spicy meat platters, smoked meat and homemade sausages delight the palates during Törggele time. The new wine is tasted and chestnuts are roasted – served with the traditional hard bread and sweet donuts. During Törggele time in Burgraviato you will be seduced by the delights of the South Tyrolean cuisine and enjoy the good company at the tavern on the farm Eggerhof. Closed in winter.

    Rielingerhof farm occupies a remote spot at 750 m above sea level amidst vineyards and orchards. The whole grape harvest is made into delicious organic wine on the farm. In addition, guests can enjoy organic meat from the farm as well as a wide variety of fruit and vegetables from the farm and its land. Farm Holidays also available. Open from 25th February until 27th March from Friday to Sunday, from 1st April until 26th June and from 3rd September until 7th November from Tuesday to Sunday, and from 12th November until 28th November from Friday to Sunday. During the remainder of the year, bookings for more than 10 persons are accepted.
