The Föhrnerhof Farm was first mentioned in records in 1135. The farm enjoys views across towards Bozen and over the Überetsch (Upper Adige) valley as far as the Unterland (Lower Adige) and allows insight into its long history. Yet, it likes to move with the times and the farmer Karin Bracchetti has long been a presence in the male-dominated world of winegrowing. From the start of February to the end of May open from Thursday to Sunday and on public holidays from midday. From the end of September to mid-December open from Thuesday to Saturday from 6.00pm. Bookings made for groups of at least 20 persons for Monday and Saturday and during lunchtime. Prior booking recommended.

He processes everything from the field, the garden, the cheese cellar and our animals into delicious local and creative dishes. We as a family actively support him in this. Natural flavours, fresh produce, unique raw milk cheese, bacon and Kaminwurzen and meat from farm animals are our food - in other words, means to live.
