    The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990. Founded as a small ski-restaurant at the top of the ‘Bioch’ chairlift, today it offers a modern experience combining tradition and sustainability. The gastronomic philosophy is based on fresh, local ingredients, emphasising products from the Ladin valleys, with a focus on South Tyrolean wines, thanks to which, in 2020, we were the first hut to be awarded the prized ‘South Tyrolean Wine Culture Award’. It is open both in summer and winter and has a ski slope next to it.
