Camping in South Tyrol
South Tyrol’s 40 camping sites are spread throughout the region and provide an excellent opportunity for holidaymakers to become acquainted more closely with nature. By the way, half are also open during the winter.
The European-wide "Eco-camping" project has set as its aim the preservation of unspoilt nature, and uncontaminated water and clean air. Energy and water should be used efficiently; refuse and unnecessary traffic should be avoided. 11 camping sites in South Tyrol have already joined the initiative.
